Package #1
This package is for the client who has done all their planning and just needs a professional coordinator at their event. We play a vital role respectfully overseeing set up, vendors, answering questions, assisting all guests/participants to ensure all the activities fall into place. Up to ten hours of a professional coordinator present at your event. Assist with all pre-event set up and oversee event (ensure vendors are present). Assist with questions, (help with seating arrangements, instruct helpers with duties, direct guests/participants, keep vendors in sync with timing of activities and any changes, etc).
Package #2
This package is for the client who has some of the planning done but due to time constraints or other reasons need assistance in getting to the finish line. In & Out Party Events is able to pick up where the client left off making sure that the event meets their goals and is done within budget. This package also includes: Up to 30 hours to complete the event. The use of In & Out Party Events vendor resources. Coordination of the event or meeting to pull everything together and put your event into perspective (vendors, timing, music, activities, important details, etc). Walk through of event or meeting site(s) and/or overseeing the event.
Package #3
This package is for the client who needs every detail of their event to be coordinated. This service provides planning, coordination and oversight of the entire event from start to finish. This service allows In & Out Party Events to handle every aspect of our client’s event; from the initial consultation to when the event is complete. This package also includes: Up to 60 hours of In & Out Party Events services. The use of In & Out Party Events vendor resources. Detailed review of service contracts. Event floor plan and formal table layout. Review Meetings to go over event details. Walk through of event or meeting site(s) and overseeing the event.
Package #4
This full service package puts our client’s mind at ease, knowing every detail of their event is covered. Full Service allows us to do the planning, coordination and oversight of the entire event from start to finish. This service provides all the services in package 3, but also includes florals/décor and entertainment as listed below. Up to 60 hours of In & Out Party Events services. The use of In & Out Party Events vendor resources (i.e. catering, rentals, etc). Detailed review of service contracts. Event floor plan and formal table layout. Review Meetings to go over event details. Walk through of event or meeting site(s) and overseeing the event. Florals/décor with In & Out Party Events up to $2000. Entertainment up to $2000.
