Tracy has over 5 years experience as an Event Coordinator and has an eye for detail! She is very organized - if you need a list made, budget adhered to or a timeline followed - she's the one you want!.

Born and raised in Austin, Texas gives her a familiarity with both the area and the people.

Her computer skills have been put to good use making this website and keeping the network running properly.

Chassidy, is one of our newest team members, who specializes in coordinating vendor meetings, venue appointments and client consultations.

Born and raised in El Paso Texas. Will was brought up in a home where only the best was expected. Always encouraged to be creative and use his imagination, which helped prepare him for an industry that demands perfection. He has worked in event planning for over 8 years, doing everything from small intimate events to celebrity weddings.

His work with In & Out Party Events allows him to wear multiple hats. Will shines when taking an ordinary event and making it extraordinary. His creative eye transforms a venue with lighting, florals, drapery or any creative accessory. He takes pride in assuring your event is everything you desire.
